Our firm had introduced Quality Assurance System according with SR EN ISO 9001/2008, certification being realised by TÜV Sud-Deutschland.
Material Testing Laboratory is working under a SR EN ISO 27025/2001 Quality Assurance System.
It obtained RENAR Bucharest accreditation on 30 September 1996 for the following domains:
non-destructive control, spectral chemical analysis, classical chemical analysis, mechanical and metalographic testing.
Documents for Quality Assurance System are:
- quality assurance manual, actualised in a manner that reflects permanently Quality Assurance
coordination methods and Quality Assurance written procedures containing specific organising
measures that permits to fulfil the targets of Quality Assurance System;
- procedure of establishing the control plan, quality plan, verification plan and testing plan;
- list of procedures for system functions along with defining their place in Quality Assurance
Program and the manner in which they apply;
- procedure of periodic actualisation of the manual;
- quality control plan, verification plan, testing plan, that contain all quality controls, verifications and
testing and confirmations necessary for the contracted products or services;
- procedures of system functions;
- specific working procedures, control procedures and specific working instructions
